This website presents Zenno-X, public events, community entry points, and project directions. The complete rules governing use of an application are the Zenno-X User Agreement displayed on the application page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, content on this website does not constitute investment, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Ownership of content
The Zenno-X name, logo, original text, page design, images, and other original content are owned, or used under authorisation, by InnoAI Tech Limited, Zenno-X, or the relevant rights holder, except for content expressly identified as third-party content. Without prior written permission, you must not copy, adapt, make commercial use of, scrape in bulk, or remove rights notices.
Application content and project intellectual property
Project materials submitted by a Creator or a Co-builder, and the related intellectual property, remain owned by the person who submitted them or by the original rights holder. Submission does not assign any rights. Zenno-X uses the materials only to the extent necessary for assessment, communication, and the organisation of activities. Separate express consent is required before a project, a name, a photograph, or identifying information is displayed publicly.
Limits of confidentiality
Do not submit source code, core algorithm parameters, key unpublished patent content, customer lists, or other trade secrets that you do not wish to disclose to the operator. Participants owe a duty of confidentiality in respect of non-public project materials and personal information learned in the course of activities and communications.
Third-party content
The names, logos, event materials, and external links of partners may belong to the respective rights holders. Use of third-party content must comply with the applicable licence and with the platform rules. An external platform is the responsibility of its operator.
No assurance of outcomes
Whether an application is accepted is determined by the operator's assessment. Zenno-X does not guarantee financing, investor introductions, business cooperation, media exposure, referral of persons or resources, or any other commercial outcome. Views expressed in activities, and views expressed by a Mentor, do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
