Zenno-X is operated by InnoAI Tech Limited, a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This page is a privacy notice for the public website. Where you submit information through a Creators project form, a Co-builder application form, or a related communication channel, the complete rules displayed on the application page and separately confirmed by you prevail.
Scope and operator
These rules apply to our processing of personal information that you provide through a Creators project application form or a Co-builder application form, and through back-office messages, one-to-one conversations, community communications, and email relating to an application. The current public contact is WeChat Amandaja1128. The company registration number, registered address, personal-information protection contact, and formal contact email address will be supplemented on the relevant application page and in the complete rules.
What we collect
We follow the principle of data minimisation and do not purchase personal information from third parties. Depending on the fields in the applicable application form, we may process: name or form of address; mobile number and WeChat ID (required); email address (optional); institution, field of study, and year of study; employer and position; for Creators, the project name, summary, and stage; for a Co-builder, skills and areas of participation; the content and time of communications; records of consent and the version of the agreement; the submission time and security logs necessarily generated by the form or messaging tool; and other information you choose to provide in a free-text field. Which fields apply is determined by the mandatory markings on the form.
Purposes and legal basis
We process personal information only to receive and assess a Creators project application or a Co-builder application; to contact you and notify you of the outcome and of event arrangements; to organise events and community exchange; to conduct project-support communications; to respond to requests to exercise rights in personal information; to handle complaints and disputes; to retain records of consent; to comply with legal obligations; and to protect system security. The principal legal basis is your consent. Where laws or regulations so require, we process the information as required by law. We do not provide the materials directly to investors or recruiters, and we do not use them for unrelated commercial marketing.
Project materials and trade secrets
The project materials you submit, and the intellectual property in them, remain owned by you or the original rights holder. We use them only to the extent necessary to assess the application, to communicate with you, and to organise related activities. We do not automatically publish, sell, license, or provide them to third parties such as investors or recruiters. Before we publicly display a project, a name, a photograph, or identifying information, we will obtain separate express consent. Please do not submit, in an application form, source code, core algorithm parameters, key unpublished patent content, customer lists, or other trade secrets that you do not wish to disclose.
Sensitive personal information and minors
We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information, such as an identity-document number, bank account details, location tracks, health information, or religious beliefs. Please do not provide such information in a form or in project materials. Zenno-X is directed to users who have reached the age of eighteen. If you are under eighteen, please do not submit personal information. If you are under fourteen, you must not submit any personal information. If we identify information of a minor, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
Place and period of storage
Under the current user agreement and personal information processing rules, application materials are planned to be stored on servers located within the mainland of the People's Republic of China. By default, they are retained for twelve months from the date on which the application or registration is submitted, and are deleted or anonymised on expiry, unless laws or regulations require a longer period. After deletion, data in backups will be erased when the backup cycle ends. The cloud service provider actually used will be specified in the application form and in the complete rules.
Sharing, entrusted processing, and public disclosure
Except where we have your separate consent, where laws or regulations so provide, or where a judicial or administrative authority lawfully requires it, we do not share personal information with third parties. Where necessary, entrusted providers of cloud services, forms, messaging, and collaboration tools may process the information only on our instructions, for the agreed purposes, and for the agreed period. After your separate consent, a particular Co-builder or Mentor may receive the minimum information necessary to carry out an activity. We do not publicly disclose your personal information or project materials unless separate consent has been obtained or the law provides otherwise.
Provision to the Hong Kong team and separate consent
Zenno-X is operated by InnoAI Tech Limited, which is located in Hong Kong. Members of the Hong Kong team may remotely access application materials stored on servers in mainland China. Under the applicable personal information protection rules of mainland China, such access may constitute a provision of personal information outside mainland China. The application page shall obtain the relevant separate consent by a standalone means that is not pre-selected, and shall state the recipient, the purpose, the method, the categories of information, the period, and the manner of exercising rights. Withdrawal of that consent may result in our being unable to continue to receive or process the application. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Cookies and similar technologies
The public Zenno-X website does not use advertising cookies, behavioural-tracking cookies, third-party analytics cookies, or marketing pixels. Language selection is carried out by URL path. An application form, browser, or instant-messaging tool may use technologies necessary for the page to function, for submission, and for security. That processing is governed by the rules of the relevant service provider. If, in the future, we use non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will provide a clear explanation and a choice mechanism before they are set.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You may, in accordance with applicable law, request access to, a copy of, correction of, supplementation of, or deletion of personal information; withdraw general consent or the separate consent to provision outside mainland China; withdraw an application or registration and cancel the related records; and request an explanation of the processing rules. The current public application channel does not provide an email address. Please contact us on WeChat at Amandaja1128 and state the channel of submission, your name or form of address, and the type of request. To protect security, we may require verification limited to what is necessary to match the information provided at the time of application, and we will not require information beyond what that verification requires. The complete rules provide that we will respond to, or act on, a request within fifteen working days of receiving it.
Security and security incidents
We will protect the materials by measures including encryption in transit and in storage, least-privilege access, access records, confidentiality undertakings, training, and a security-incident response plan. The internet is not absolutely secure. If personal information is leaked, altered, or lost, or if such an incident is likely, we will take remedial measures and, in accordance with applicable law, notify the relevant authorities and the affected individuals.
Changes to these rules
If there is a material change to the purposes of processing, the methods of processing, the categories of personal information, sharing with third parties, a recipient outside mainland China, or the manner of exercising rights, we will update this notice through official channels and, as required by law, give notice again and obtain any consent required.
